Ana is a multicultural actress-producer. She practices yoga, astrology and tarot interpretation as tools for self-knowledge and healing, and offers these teachings centered on developing a conscious practice and intentional living.
From an early age Ana was artistically and spiritually inclined. Unsatisfied with her Catholic upbringing, Ana had a thirst for knowledge and felt in search for a deeper truth. Traveling and studying abroad led her to widen her perspective and develop an idealistic philosophy connecting the dots that unite humanity, the planet, and all spiritual paths.
Ana is proud to be a part of the SEDUCED documentary and the mission of this website, which is to educate others about coercive relationships and high control groups. She is sharing her experience and healing journey to support others on the path of self-discovery and healing from narcissistic abuse.
